copies of this “Playbook”. Save it to your hard drive to email to ALL new
representatives. Don’t leave it up to your new team members to get it done—do
it for them. Again, the business is extremely complicated if YOU make
it complicated. Follow these steps, learn these steps, teach these steps
and you will grow a dynamic business that will grow organically.

ACTION STEP 2: YOUR FIRST 24HRS.—GET 2 IN 2 WIN!
FOUNDATION and FUNDAMENTAL TRAINING. Starting your BHIP business is simple. We’ve put together a system dependent 5-STEP process that is proven to grow your business and help you get 2 in 2 win! This system was created to maintain a constant BHIP message, leverage your time and above all else, give you a proven plan that (if followed) will return predictable results and grow your teams. Don’t stop at 2 that’s just the beginning! You want to bring on as many promoters as possible, as SOON as possible; by exposing BHIP to everyone you know with these 5 steps. Here is your game plan to build your foundation/team and the 5 steps to follow:
BUILDING YOUR
FOUNDATION—5 STEP PROCESS IN DETAIL:
1)
DECIDE WHY? COMMIT TO 1
YEAR! Too many people never get started, because they don’t know
what it is they want from BHIP. Be specific. Is it more
time? More money? Fun with your kids? It’s something
different for everyone, but make sure you know what it is for you. Once you
know what you want, and why you want it, commit to the process.
We recommend 1 year of consistent effort. There are too many stories
that suggest top promoters “take time” to get started. If you quit in
month 6, you may never experience your top promoter who was going to engage in
month 7. If you quit after 2 weeks, you may never experience the
rush of business that happens in week 3 when National Media validates the
business. Only YOU can determine if it’s worth a 1 year
commitment. We KNOW it’s worth it
2) MAKE A LIST. EVERYONE AND ANYONE. KEYWORD: TRUST
This list should include all of your
friends, family members, business partners, etc… Most
new promoters make the mistake of trying to
only contact people THEY think would be interested. While we do not discount
nor pre-judge nobody, your ideal target market is actually ambitious, business
minded men and women who are busy, successful, but most importantly trust you.
Remember everybody is a prospect…everyone is interested in residual
income
3) SELL YOURSELF. NOT BHIP. KEYWORD: JUDGMENT
Step 3 is extremely important.
Most new promoters fail in their attempts to explain the BHIP business model
effectively. That is why we ask that you simply sell yourself.
As you notice the keyword judgment, you might simply say to a trusted friend
from your list: “Joe, I need to show you something ASAP, and I
want you to trust my judgment!” Joe might ask “What is
it?” Again, your most effective response will be “Look, simply trust my
judgment on this. I know you are busy, but I need just a few minutes when you
can you get in front of a computer?? At this point, immediately take them to
Step 4!
4) SHOW THE VIDEO KEYWORD(S): SYSTEM DEPENDENT
To maintain a constant BHIP message,
and to provide a visual of the BHIP product/opportunity, have your prospect

your prospects to follow as they get involved as a promoter. An important
note: Ask your prospect when they can get to their computer.
At that time, call and walk them through the video yourself at your website

help you transition into Step 5.
5) 3rd PARTY VALIDATION KEYWORD(S): SUPPORT/STRUCTURE
This is the final and MOST
IMPORTANT step for prospects to evaluate BHIP. To this point, you have
still said very little if anything about BHIP as a business—essentially
removing yourself from the equation. 3rd party validation can
include a host of resources: 3-way conferencing, small group conference
calls, live national team calls, face-to-face meetings. The
support/structure of 3rd Party Validation really
solidifies a prospects’ belief in the systems for success. They quickly
realize that they won’t have to do any selling—rather directing to various
resources that will answer most questions.
Upon completion of Step 5, most
people will want to quickly “Get In” or simply pass on the idea at this
time. If your prospect has additional questions, please direct
them to a BHIP leader. If they want to “Get In”, walk them through the
process on your BHIP website. If they have no interest or want to pass, simply
thank them for their time and keep them on a later list. NEVER take it
beyond this point. Your “later list” will become a valuable asset
as the company continues to grow and gain traction. Most times a NO
simply means NOT NOW. Be patient with everyone and have fun with it!
Remind your prospects to not over think it…its ONLY a $340-$599 investment.
Then go back to trust/credibility. (Where else can you start a business for
$599) The Key to
these steps is SPEED! How fast can you put you list/prospects through these
steps?? The faster you do, the greater your results. You want to start the
BIGGEST momentum wave possible!!
UNDERSTANDING KEY TERMS
(The terminology below is for representatives to better understand our
comp dynamics).
ACTIVE PROMOTER: Someone who is current and maintaining their 20bv monthly
auto-ship…You must stay ACTIVE to hold any built up volume (BV)
QUALIFIED:
You must have personally enroll 2 ACTIVE promoters
1Left and 1Right, to be fully QUALIFIED to receive your weekly commission
10-15% WEAK SIDE OVERRIDE:
Every week you will get a 10-15%
override (depending on rank (NL or GL) on the weaker of you 2 teams BV (business
volume) so you get paid an override commission weekly on the performance of your
“weak” team. This is only 1 form of compensation…
